"It has been maybe about 2 years or even more since I did my last shoot and a lot has changed since then. I love that every time I do a project for ISM something about my appearance has altered, from my hair, to piercings to tattoos, something is always different. I Shot Myself is almost like a time capsule for me with the different stages of my life being documented. But what brought me back this time has been a rut that I've been in, unexpected changes in my life has left me a little lost and honestly, insecure too and I remembered the positive feeling that doing ISM has given me in the past and I thought that it would be a great way to not only challenge myself again but to learn to feel comfortable in my own skin."
